Fulfilledlyf Care & Community Support Services LLC has a rigorous selection process that starts with resume selection for best talent and skills matching, interview process based on the position, technical requirements to ensure the candidate is the best fit for the position. The last process is to supervise and provide continued training for our staff to ensure best care practices as well as career retention and development.

Our hiring process adheres to strict regulations by the state of Minnesota and the Minnesota Department of Human Services (DHS). The Minnesota Department of Human Services requires many of the people involved in PCA and CFSS to pass a test. These online tests are free and can be accessed on the DHS website.

According to the Minnesota Department of Health, an individual who is employed as a Personal Care Assistant must :

• Be 18 years of age or older.
• Be employed by a PCA provider agency.
• Initiate and clear a criminal background study.

A person 16 or 17 years old may be a PCA with the following additional requirements :

• Employed by only one PCA provider agency responsible for compliance with current labor laws.
